-To join Staff there first has to be an open position and then you have to make a resume.
Staff is in charge of the operating system for JROTC. The cadets on staff make sure all the important things are done and taken care of.
S-1 is the adjutant/admin officer
S-2 is the security officer.
S-3 is the operations officer
S-4 is the logistics officer
S-5 is the public affairs and communications officer
